In my day to say something was the goat was to indicate it was the absolute worst a football player who was the goat was the person who screwed up the field goal and lost the game but then I noticed something odd started to happen in the 90s or suddenly and this started from the basketball games were apparently people don't understand or no English outside of their small bubble started referring to goat as greatest of all time.
These people must have been totally unaware of normal speaking English at the time and made up a whole new definition for the word for its use typically in sports games which assuages US that nesters and dribble necks are perhaps the dumbest of society with the players being equally dim.
Remember that all these large cities gave billion dollar tax breaks to build massive stadiums and huge handouts to people who are already billionaires that leads to a huge polyp of cash that they can then dish out to players giving them 100 million a year salaries as if that was normal. They never do this with scientists and engineers. Quickly realize it is all about absolutely demoralizing the best and brightest in society and then worse more and more people try to pursue sports as a professional career. It is simply one more way to take another chink out of our armor and push us deeper into our coffins as they seek to destroy our society and most hyped of all will be the sports which are predominantly new grade even putting on white arm covers and leg covers so that from the distant cameras they look like Caucasian players the dummies cheer for them on the sidelines even though they no longer represent their City whatsoever and their cities team winning means absolutely nothing. But then go to the Caucasian lead sports like hockey and suddenly all the hype goes away the salaries go down I wonder why that is.
